• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled.
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are fully chargeable.
• Digital products, downloadable materials, and eBooks are non-refundable once purchased.
• Exceptions may be considered only under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Care 4 Health.
